Delicious Cinnamon Roll Tarifi
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
- 1 glass of warm milk
- 1/3 glass of sugar
- 125 g butter (at room temperature)
- 2 eggs
- 4-5 glasses of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
For the inside:
- 1 glass of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1.5 tablespoons of butter
Directions:
In a small bowl, add warm milk, yeast and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar and mix. It is waited for 5 minutes for the yeast to dissolve. Then the remaining sugar, butter and eggs are added. It is mixed a little. Add flour and salt and knead for 10-15 minutes until it reaches a smooth consistency. Wrap a damp cloth in a warm place and rest for 1 hour until the dough doubles in size.
Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a deep bowl.
In the meantime, the rested dough is rolled out with a rolling pin, slightly thicker than the rectangular noodle dough. 1.5 tablespoons of butter are rubbed all over the dough. Sprinkle on the cinnamon mixture. Roll it tightly from the long side of the dough and cut it in two finger thicknesses and arrange them on a greased paper-lined tray in sequence and at intervals. It is cooked at 190 C for 15-18 minutes.
